Character's events shouldn't be too difficult to clear [8]
Nine's event, 9th Street Mercenary Office, challenges are too difficult to clear.
2.5k and 3k defense-based are almost impossible clear without Nine or a complete team. A borrowed Nine (from Battle Mission) can barely do 2.5k damage.
These kinds of challenges are for permanent or end-game content and should not be in an event.
Events should be fun to clear.

I wouldn't say this as a P2W event, It's more that they're encouraging you to learn & play different mechanics. It should be do able with the right F2P characters once you grind the right decks.
Is it a good thing? I think so, cuz it encourage you to play with different styles, not just with what you're used too. It encourage you to be creative, to try different comps.
It's nice for people who's really into the game, but probably not for people who play casually, or, you know, just play the game the way they want.
@Gllty Forgot about that one, didn't have it on any of my Maribells that were laying around. Thanks for reminding me about that one! I already cleared it, but hopefully it might help someone if they're struggling and read the thread.
the amount of skill issue is crazy ☠️ you really just need the any sort of vuln., its really easy ( and It isnt even the main event lol, just some sort of preview ), you guys gonna cry when trying to do nebula distortion;
How the hell the challenges feel P2W ? like... i aint no way you guys are stressing out over 3K dmg
Wholeheartedly agree, the event was not fun. Being forced to use the weak rental Nine at all felt like a chore and the entire event felt like playing through an ad.
Pretty much did the battle missions and skipped everything else. The challenges feel (emphasis on feel) very p2w and the rewards are pitiful anyway.
Like, yeah, you can do it with a 4 star, but why do I care? I didn't pull for Nine (I could have, but I shouldn't have to) and did not build any defense-based damage characters. I do not want to make a specific deck on any character just to get an extra 5 crystals.
If they want to do something like this, they should jack the rental unit up to high heaven to make them feel strong. Futzing about with support for a weak rental unit makes them feel like a liability. The enemies can be made strong to match, but the challenges should be clearable regardless of the rental's team comp unless they want to jack up the rewards to be commensurate to the effort.
@Saionji3104 Resolute Blitz (4) does increased defense based DMG based on your shield, + Vuln. + Some spores If you need it
I'm glad I cleared this before the nerfs to Spore because I just sat there and tanked hits while stacking it up to ridiculous numbers and then blasted them with a FMH.
@Gllty Curious, how can Maribell achieve this damage because I tried it with her and Amir and ended up simply using Amir with spores since Shelter Strike is Fixed Damage (I fell for the meme of going big shields and then using the attack thinking it was Defense-Based and obviously it didn't count), and I don't own Nine or Magna so Amir was my best bet that was built at the time.
Wanna see whats an endgame content ? look at Nebula Distortion challenges;
First one need you to stack 20 mushrooms on the boss and then beat it; Second one need you to use only arena attack cards; and you need to do both at dificulty 4 and with 9 stacks, thats end game content, and not "do 3K defense based DMG on a mob who cant even kill you"
Fisrt of all, the battle missions only need you to do 1K deffense based dmg ( wich you easily do just by using Hew with the borrowed Nine ); the 3K one is a CHALLENGE mission, you say its too hard, but actually... its not, not only the borrowed Nine can do that with Hew + Vuln. but also other defense based ( aside from Khalipe and Amir ) can easily achieve that, and even these 2 can work as suports since they easily stack vuln.
If i would clasify this particular challange, id say its early to mid game, and you can achieve with a LV.40+ team, withouth Nine ( its even easier with her but thats just how It should be, right ? )
Narja can nuke with a Mealtime focused build and Magna and Maribell can do DMG based on your total shield, i mean... shieldburst IS a strong combo for non-rift content, what do you want from the events ? that a LV.30 team, withouth memory fragments, and mediocre save data, to be able to do that effortlessly ? and what would you even call "Funny" ?+
