Counterblade Upgrade interaction with Maribell's Upgarde

Skill/Upgrade: Counterblade Upgrade ("At the start of the turn, activate Hew in hand 1 time").
Issue: The Hew activation from Counterblade fails to trigger specifically for Hew lv.0 (freshly generated at turn start) when Maribell’s start-of-turn Upgrade is also active.
Observation:
- Normally, Counterblade correctly activates Hew lv.0 right after it is generated.
- However, when Maribell's animation triggers at the start of the turn, it seems to interrupt the initialization of Hew lv.0, causing Counterblade's effect to miss its timing.
- Higher level Hews (lv.1+) are unaffected and activate normally.
Step to reproduce:
1. Equip Counterblade upgrade.
2. Have Maribell's start-of-turn upgrade active.
3. Start a turn where a Hew lv.0 is generated.
4. Observe that the Hew lv.0 does not auto-activate.
