Chizuru's cursed shackles doesnt work
Chizuru doesnt get any stacks hitting enemy with the cursed shackles debuff (atleast on the event chaos) also doesnt any stacks from tsukuyomi either

I've been experiencing the same bug. Tested in simulator, tower and chaos; Chizuru can't get stacks at all.
Tive esse mesmo problema, simplesmente não funciona.
Just had this bug as well. Thought I was going crazy for a minute.
I am having the same issue. She is currently useless
