更新后的千鹤出现BUG，无法凝聚，别的攻击卡牌无法凑出鬼火
The updated Chizuru has a bug: she can't gather power, and other attack cards can't generate Ghost Fire.

Same here, I tried different Epiphany and looks like no ghost fire's generated on any of them
