Save Value (TB) Transparency [2]
With the inclusion of achievements like this, it would be nice to know how it's calculated. They are also seemingly impossible currently as I have yet to get close to these values despite numerous attempts/runs.

I do not believe that is the case anymore. From these saves you can see that purely adding neutrals without removing basics or getting divines is significantly less TB value. It's not really clear what is affecting the save data size, which is why I am suggesting they be more transparent on how it's calculated if they want us to get some of these achievements.
From what I’ve seen, I suspect the easiest way is to simply have a lot of cards, the more rare the better. Deleting cards seems to lead to smaller save data. Getting the 72000 one will probably require getting all your cards, leaving them in the deck, full gear slots, a few mods+God hammer, getting a few clones, and adding some legendary neutral cards. Even if deletions don’t directly reduce the save data size, spending faint memory on those instead of adding neutral cards definitely will.
