Issue with Narja trauma code sticker

So today i went to decorate mi ID card and noticed that I don't have the sticker anymore even tho I'm 100% sure to have completed the event and redeemed it, i know for some people happened for the Haru sticker as well.
Does anybody have this issue with the Narja one like me? or maybe somebody knows if they have fixed this problem before?

weird, I didn't see anyone having this problem with Haru; the sticker that wasn't delivered correctly was Haku's, which didn't even have an achievement attached to it.
