divine intervention [3]
What am I missing? I completed over 10 chaos runs with the divine intervention on (the yellow toggle in chaos run which is on by default), I even tried bringing low level character, but clearly it doesn't count

go to Zero system, do reroll until you find this type of tag. 🥂
P.S. this condition will give you fate that when you use 2 AP card or more it will restore 2 AP and draw 1.
thats not divine intervention, they only appear at Zero system, on mythic grades chaos, on the Chaos description, youll see the name of a god and its effects
