Was running a Blue Pot Lv. 77 with Seed of Karmic Fire active and the Divine Intervention of Sekred's Breath with a team of Mika, Sereniel, and Maribell. Ended up getting my Cobalt Light with the 5th Epiphany ([Weakness Damage] and Ravage: Activate 1 more time) but because of the conditions of the Divine Intervention I lose the x4 hit on the attack. 

The issue is that it also completely removed all tenacity damage from the attack (all other attacks including Homing Lasers still had tenacity damage) meaning it could never trigger the Ravage effect making it less than desirable for that specific instance.
