Nine's Hew Card was SUDDENLY replaced by her REMOVED Basic Shield Card [1]
I still have the HEW card like 3 hours ago. Then, when I login again just now, the HEW card is now gone and was replaced by the removed card "Back-Edge Parry". The supposedly removed card even has an epiphany now :<.
Will this be fix?

I have the exact same problem. They sent a (probably automated reply) saying that the hotfix they did replaced cards breaching the Fain Memory limit. But just like how I see on yours, I wasn't breaching the Faint Memory limit. Trying to get this fixed myself.
