Hello. This is the Chaos Zero Nightmare Team.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by an issue where Chaos Orbs were lost after the 02/04 update.
The issue ocurred because unused Chaos Orbs were not being stored correctly after the update.
We have identified the cause and are currently implementing a fix.
Any lost Chaos Orbs will be reissued once the fix is complete.
As a gesture of apology for the inconvenience caused by this issue,
we have prepared compensation for all Protos who may have been affected.
■ Compensation for Chaos Orb Item Loss
- Eligibility: All Protos
- Compensation: Chaos Orbx3,000
- Claim Period: 02/05 – 04/08 01:00 UTC
- Delivery Method: In-game Mail
- Storage Period: 7 days from the date of receipt
