So I see that if you pull 70 times you are guaranteed agent Nine.
I pulled 70 times and got a copy of Rin. Was this a bug and who do I reach out too? Thanks for any help!

not a bug, youre only guaranteed to get a rate UP at the second pity (140 pulls), the first 70 give you a 50/50 of geting it or a random 5*; for more on that matter, read probability info, at the rescue screen
