Where exactly did this " overseas feedback" came from? [2]
Based on statements made during the livestream, future characters will be redesigned and censored due to “overseas feedback”. Although Nine's lobby situation seems to be an unfortunate misunderstanding, the tone adopted on the live stream exasperated anxieties regarding the game's art direction.
First of all, regardless of how I feel about it, it’s important for paying customers to be aware of this art direction change to either spend more to show support or cut spending on this basis. A clear statement regarding this decision must be made to avoid confusion, stress and to make who your target audience is clear for all involved.
Secondly and most importantly, where was this feedback gathered? X? Discord? Reddit? The overwhelming majority of live service games gather data regarding player sentiment through in game polling to prevent outside noise from poisoning the well. Using the aforementioned platforms as a source of feedback is therefore unwise, due to how unreliable the data is. However if you must insist on using western social media discourse to define the direction of the game, this must also be made clear, so the actual customer base may become more active in said platforms, thus improving the quality of your data.
If anyone from staff actually reads this, thank you for your time, and have a wonderful day.

The only people I see complaining about Nine's original background are on Reddit. They are anti-gooners and tourists.
Probably payment processors are unhappy with the lewdness and are demanding censorship. I don't see any other reason as to why Stove would risk angering their player base for something like this.
