Change "Do not show until next login" (excursion) to a permanent setting

Rather than showing this checkbox every time we login, why don't you

show a checkbox that says "Do not show this" with an addition description "you can change this on the setting later"

This way, we don't have to repeteadly check it everyday. We just have to check the box once, and we can always change the setting later if we want to.

There is no reason you would not skip when:
1. You've seen the interactions (probably so many times since these are dailies).
2. You press the skip button.

If you somehow for whatever reason did accidentally press the skip button, you can always go see the interaction in "execursion collection". Most of the time, we wouldn't care about the scene and focuses more in chaos and other stuff, with excursion simply for affinity grind. The only time we'd care is probably when we were to get a new character which is generally once a month.

And again, if we care that much of the interaction, we wouldn't be accidentally pressing the skip button which is literally located on top, not the bottom where we interact with the dialogue.
