Sereniel ego 4 bug

The following picture show sereniel e4 not working with this save in particular. The other save file seem to work just fine. I should get one stack of buff after I ravage this guy but nothing is given. Also the assesories also doesn't give effect too.

The two lazer are created one are move because of ravage. This big happen every time so it is consistent. But the other save with other item seem to work fine so I believe some interaction are causing this bug
