I had the same issue. No matter what probability info mentions, since the banner announces sereniel pull guaranteed, it should have pulled Sereniel, not the Renoa I obtained instead.
I hit all pulls to get my guarantee Sereniel but got Mei Lin and it reset. Have the devs responded or fixed this?
Same here. It even says GUARANTEED.
