Cassius Triple 0 Not Affected by Potential Upgrades [2]
I'm not sure if this counts as a bug, but the game does say that his quest completion cards counts as unique cards.
Currently, the potential upgrade does not affect this card's damage.
For a comparison, Triple 1 card does get affected by the potential upgrade

@Vyan91 I see. If that's the case, they should put some explanation regarding it
I think this is most likely due to formula itself.
Apparently any card with increasing dmg doesn't get affected by potential upgrade. Easiest example is retain card like Beryl. Her base dmg get increased by potential but any upgrade is not.
Cassius triple 0 is considered to have no base dmg which is why it didn't get affected by potential upgrade.
