I've seen so many people (Global) who enjoy the game and want to spend money on holiday but taken aback by "Whale only"packs and opted to not spend at all since there are no value packs for light spenders outside monthly and battle pass.

i find that was such a missed opportunity since the game seems to gain upward momentum after dropping roadmap. 

Why not make value pack for light spenders in which dolphin and whale alike would find comfortable to support the game, at least on special occasion like new year or holiday ?
