Recieved Haru on Sereniel guarranteed banner [2]
I had 14 pulls until I would recieve guarranteed Sereniel on the seasonal banner but i got Haru and it has reset my guarrantee. I shouldnt have been able to get haru when doing a targetted banner and it shouldnt have reset my guarrantee because haru isnt the target of the banner
This happened at 12 pm +10gmt on the 25th of december

Had the same problem. It said guaranteed sereniel, instead I got my boy Kayron.
There are two types of "guaranteed" in a banner.
first one: a random 5* with 50% of being the targeted one (first 70 rescues)
Second one: the banner character (after you 'lose' in the first 70 and don't get the targeted 5*)
