JUST FU**KING NERF CHARACTER'S KIT DIRECTLY, DON'T FU**KING HALFASS PUTTING SOME DUMB **** GENERIC DEBUFF/CONDITION.
SCUM DEVS DON'T EVEN PLAY THEIR OWN DAMN GAME. PUTTING HALFASS MEASURE WILL JUST CREATE MORE PROBLEM. IT YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE, FIX IT DIRECTLY.
YOU PEOPLE NEED TO FIRE WHOEVER IN CHARGE OF BALANCING AND DESIGNING ASAP.

The great rift boss are made to sell banner characters. if you don't see it in first half you should see it in second half now... the top charts are sereniel and selena, oh plus cassius. You aren't gonna see a remake to them now because this combo is what the devs want you to play.
Tressa and Cassius were too OP for last boss, outshone Yuki and especially Chizuru, causing them to miss the ranking so they are being remade.
It seems to me that the developers are deliberately avoiding direct changes to characters for the remainder of Season 1 and are waiting until Season 2 to make them.
Therefore, I think these "debuffs" should be seen as a temporary solution to try and stabilize Season 1 while waiting for a real rebalancing in Season 2. These kinds of conditions will be less frequent in the future, so I'd suggest letting this Season 1, which serves as a sort of trial run, finish smoothly, and then seeing how balancing is addressed starting in Season 2.
