Rescue Gacha animation bugged

I don't know if it's an isolated case but I've been experiencing this for a while where the rescue animation will suddenly slow down (the moment the girl Maria look at her tablet) but it's coming back to normal in the Gacha results.

I thought it was my device but I changed phone from now and the problem still persist on my new device.
