[Notice] Notice and Apology Regarding the Release of Seasonal Character

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our Protos
who continue to support and play Chaos Zero Nightmare.
We offer our deepest apologies for the confusion and disappointment caused by the recent release of a Seasonal Character.
During our live broadcast in November, we stated that there would be no limited characters.
However, the subsequent release of a Seasonal Character resulted in information that contradicted this statement.
Our original intention was to clarify that standard pickup characters—excluding Seasonal and Collaboration characters—
would be added permanently to the roster.
Unfortunately, we failed to communicate this clearly, which led to significant confusion among our Protos.
We acknowledge that there were opportunities to address this matter earlier and regret that our response was delayed.
We sincerely apologize for this oversight.
Moving forward, we will take greater care in preparing our live broadcasts and official communications.
Should any incorrect information be shared, we will promptly correct it and provide clear guidance.
In addition, we will ensure that details regarding Seasonal Characters are communicated more transparently and in advance.
We deeply regret the disappointment experienced by our Protos.
We remain committed to honestly acknowledging our shortcomings
and continuously improving our operations to provide a better experience.
As a token of our apology, we will provide 10 Signal Amplification Anchors to all Protos.
