The problem with Chizuru - No team wants her. [8]

Is this "Inhibit" effect .
We all know that good team deck is those with balance between Draw and +AP.
The negative effect of Inhibit is pretty much anti synergistic with all the good decks.
I tried putting Chizuru with anybody that already have decent/great savedata, and the result, she does not fit any team.
She only fit teammates that still does not have any decent savedata .
Once the teammate got decent~awesome savedata, it's hard to fit Chizuru in (Still possible, but very2 picky) .
Got teammate savedata that generates lots of AP, she negates it.
Got teammate savedata that draws a lot, she limits the benefit.

Look My Chizuru cleared the season tier 9 boss.
The problem is, Chizuru is insanely picky.
And teammates with god tier savedata is better not paired with Chizuru, it will only bring them down, and in such case replace Chizuru with someone else and they will do better.

The problem here.
It's pretty much +AP epiphanies and divine epiphanies are already out.
I'm emphasizing this *You know how hard it is to get divine epiphanies on the card then on that one specific epiphanies you wanted.*
When you cross out +AP from the list, it pretty much make it much harder to make god tier savedata (From other combatant) that fit chizuru.
Which is why i say Chizuru is very2 picky, such that after your savedata reach certain point many don't want Chizuru in the team.
The good thing about Chizuru, she's a good company when the other teammate savedata is not perfect.
But the fact that she's hard to fit and very2 picky makes her top potential much harder to achieve.
+Will draw ALOT of cards, And don't underestimate the value of the Bound At Dusk epi which reduces the cost of the next card played by 1 after using Shadow +(from personal experience, using the cheap multihitter + Vero/Cass + Chizu), I can consistently use 2 to 4 Shadow+ /turn, By drawing more cards, making more hits, and stacking more Shadow, those 3 energy points simply don't seem to decrease...AT ALL; Long story short: unlike AP generation, she values draws and cost reductions MUCH more, and I don't know if I consider that "too specific," Or "strict," is literally the same as gaining AP, but in reverse, and this gives it an interesting flavor combined with the tied up thing
( What I said only applies to E2, regarding E0... it's hard to disagree with the OP, since that greatly reduces your build options for her and you end up going for moonslash spam or hit stacking with Tsukuyomi. )
Probably the "get good" part was because when you mentioned "good late-game decks," it ended up being something very specific, and apparently referring only to more well-known setups, focused on AP gen + Draw, And in fact, that's the backbone of a good deck, isn't it? so your point's understandable
However, when talking about "God tier save data," you should remember those that focus on reducing the cost and spam capabilities of Shadow+ (if you have E2); Tsukuyomi on +1 hit +1 wisp with draw 1 divine epi, and duped, with the upgrade Oni Hunt and no basic copy of shadow of the moon, will work as a good enough draw engine; And this works particularly well with characters like Yuki or Luke (Yuki can get a 0-cost deck; and Luke is quite cheap by nature); Repose with draw2 and reduce cost of one card by1 ( with cost 0 due to divine Epi ) is REALLY good for her either; And let's not forget Cassius, using Straight Flushes (no need for Dice Trick, just choose Str.Flush) + 0 cost devil dice+

There are many ways to play Chizuru. For example this card enables her to be utility combatant with auto-activate epiphany that allow to cast such high cost or X cost card e.g. 7 cost Kayron branch, Tressa create X dagger, for free. You will have to explore the possibility, the nuance of other mechanics that's not just gain AP.
I normally hate saying this, but you just need to get good. I play Chizaru and Yuki, and my entire hand is 0 cost almost every turn. Rin, Luke, Veronica, it's the same thing. She's not meant to play with AP hungry units like Haru, but even then it can still work. So idk wtf you are talking about.
My Chizuru/Rei/Tressa team can achieve the same damage levels as my MeiLin/Veronica; People are simply used to this same AP generation + draw setup (which is obviously great); But it's not the only way; besides epiphanies that reduce card costs, and epiphanies that add draw when placed on cards with a cost of 0 or 1; There's also ravage, which is quite realistic when playing by exploiting weaknesses through Chizuru herself or a second DPS ( Luke and Mei Lin have great synergy with her, so you have pretty much great tenacity coverage )
