clearing discord core in lab 0 didn't unlock achievement [3]
first time killed the pile of sh*t it didn't unlock, so i did it again... and still didn't unlock

oh i thought that 3rd boss was called forbidden spawn lol. my bad.
Check the boss's name; it explicitly says "forbidden spawn," and I highly doubt you've even faced him, considering he's only coming in the next update.
This achievement will be unlocked in the next update.
