roguelike & deck building aspect improved [5]

There's a lot of updates happening for the next 3 seasons, and I'm happy to see both roguelike & deck building aspect gets improved.


We're getting a new harder roguelike mode that would satisfy people who enjoy the roguelike genre, while also getting less RNG for save data that would satisfy people who enjoy the deck building genre.


This is honestly a nice balancing update.
I've been tired to see each side forcing others to side with them obnoxiously, like how the game need to keep the RNG high (while forgetting that this is also a deck building, you're not supposed to just done with the run) or the game need to significantly reduce the amount of RNG (while forgetting that this is also a roguellike game, RNG is part of its charm & dopamine fuel)... I've seen how some people literally push new players away like in an unhealthy way of gatekeeping manner while at the same time some players straight up trash talk the game for its RNG.... It's just saddening to see. 


I can certainly say that they do listen to us... Atleast, those kind of complains that are voiced by many.


W dev, hope u can keep this kind of supports for your players.

I was hoping the roguelike would be like Chaos but with more depth (5 floor or infinite until you die) and ramp up difficulty but this works I guess as long as you don't get bricked from the start 😅

I still have hope that we'll get an endless mode, full of traps, and that varies between the different chaos modes of the game, with some kind of hidden bosses

@Vyan91 part of the fun of roguelite is sometimes you do get bricked early on and have to make difficult/non-efficient choices to survive. currently the game heavily favors certain epis cuz theyre way too strong/favored for savedeck, where a run is failed when you have a bad epi :(.

S1761546677540111Idk, all roguelike games I played won't let you bricked early on even if it was on Nightmare/Madness/Torturous difficulty call it whatever you want. And skill issue.

Usually you get bricked at mid-late stage where RNG works against you.
