Renoa Cards bug?

Hi,

sometime "Flower of Devouted fate (Renoa)" after being activated by effect of "Bound at Dusk (Chizuru)" or "Forbidden: Engrave Malice" dont work, the card is just exhausted but the effect dont activate.
