Higher rarity Policies rate shadow-nerfed?

I got way more 2-3 days skip policy before.

It is crazy that I have 10 in-a-fuc***-row common policy that only reduce 1 day. At this point I doubt that is a bad luck, since I have already max my upper tech bar.

I don't think I have any issue, probably just ur luck

I've got a bunch of purple and orange policies after update and blue in the mix but rarely gray one so nope, probably luck is the factor here.

I doubt it was a Shadow Nerf, but maybe it's because it didn't affected me or my calamitys at all. If it did happen, more people will soon come and complaim

Yeah I know that, my 46-day calamity took forever to be done after recent patches due to low chance of better policies.

The average timeframe for the policies you receive varies depending on the total base duration of the calamity; A 46-day calamity will generate far more 2-3 day policies than a 26-day one.
