(HELP) Need guidance from experienced players in order to start Zero System

Hi everyone, I am a new CZN player at 36 captain level. I want to try once CZN Endgame content until the end of this version and would appreciate suggestions on what teams and build should I work on for now.

I have Cassius, Beryl, Maribel, Amir, Selena, Nia, Haru, Owen, Verônica, Rei, Mika, Tressa and Chizuru. My highest ego's are Tressa (E6), Rei (E5), Mika (E2), Owen (E2), Chizuru (E1). I leveled up Chizuru, Tressa and Mika to level 40 and leveled up their potential a lot as well. Rei is level 20, Verônica and Owen level 10, no potencial leveled, everyone else is level 1 untouched.

I mainly use Chizuru, Tressa and Mika together and have a vague Idea how they can work alongside each other: mainly Tressa uses that card that gives Shadow Daggers when she gets healed, use Mika to heal as much as possible, stack Chizuru with Tressa's Daggers to get her enhanced card. I am unaware how other characters works and how is actually the Endgame. My only experience right know its the story and the battle missions so far.

1) What you think should be my second team to invest?
2) How do I know the best Memory Fragments sets for my characters?
3) What should I do now?

Sorry for such broad questiona, I dont had much time to watch guides that much yet and the ones I watched were not that helpfull, at least for me personally. I only want to clear the end game to get the Ego Manifestation thing and get E2 Chizuru because I enjoyed her a lot.

Team 1

: Tressa, Mika, Cassius - will tackle every endgame contents with minimum effort; just focus on multiple copies of shadow reload with ephip. that generates dagger when healed for the start.

Team 2

: Chizuru, Rei, Veronica - Veronica is the best character in the game in term of versatility who can enabler many team comp through her drawing capabilities mainly via repose and passive dps from ballista. Since you main Chizuru I would suggest Rei as her buffer.

Chizuru has 2 main builds as main dps

: Shadow of the moon nuke, focus on getting multiple copies of Tsukuyomi with +2 shadow of the moon epiph.

: Normal attack spam, focus on getting multiple copies of Oni hunt with create 2 normal atk cards with 0 cost epiph.

For now try to level up your account to 50 as fast as possible like everyone said. Gold memory fragment pieces will make your life easier in Zero. Sets try to focus on crit chance > flat atk > crit dmg for dps; 2 atk%+2 crit dmg is safe choice.

3) Just keep doing story mode; focus on your characters levels, then potentials (Basic card, Unique card, and Crit% should be your main focus); and then memory fragments (for fist just get your set bonuses and a crit% main piece on the IV slot); for Zero system, dont bother at fist; do lab0 and level UP your Codex for stats and the such, when you have ALL the upgrades, then you start doing codex

1) Change Mika for Rei (Chizu/Rei/Tressa); and for your second team you can do Mika (since youre already investing her)/Cassius/Depends on what you have (Mei Lin/Kayron/Yuki, idk, look at your ACC)

2) Depends, 2/2/2 tends to be better; for DPS you'll usually do ATK/CDmg/Scarab or Health or Defense, and for main stats you'll do Crit%/Elemental DMG or Atk%/Atk% ( for substats, flat is better than % ) and for supports youll usually do HP/Defense/Scarab with HP%/Defense/Ego Recov. or HP as main stats

3) for now just level up you captain level to 50 as fast as you can to unlock better farm stages for resources in simulation and keep trying to level up your codex difficulty though even 50 level units team can clear all content easily if you got the units and build(deck) but unlocking the better farming stage just helps in able to build units faster and easier

Also you can build rei as well since she is a pretty good support for chizuru (dmg wise) she can increase chizuru damage pretty nicely with her cards and upgrade Epiphanies since chizuru needs her basic as well and she has good epiphany for void or 1 cost card units

And also don't worry just keep doing the event chaos weekly for the 8k points or as much as you can do you would be able to get the ego resource easily since there's still like a month left for the event

1) you can go for vero Cassius and beryl/owen if you don't know the decks for them or how they play it's better to check a guide but for general idea both cass and vero can act as draw engine which draws card for you for free while beryl can go with her retain extra atk build where you get the damage when own card retain charges shot epiphany and copy that card as much as you are able to as for owen a general dps build would work (I haven't build owen so don't know about him but he is decent )

2) a general rule for memory frags is just 2-2-2 pc set atk - crit damage - health ( for attackers can work good on chizuru as well as vero and other units as most of the 4 pc sets aren't good enough much yet) health defense and flex ( for healer or defender in general scrab is good option for flex slot if you need anything specific also be put)
