Everyone is exhausted. If things continue this way, the game is going to lose players fast.
I want to give clear and honest feedback, without hostility, but with urgency. I’ve spent over 20 runs trying to build a Renoa deck, and it simply doesn’t happen. In every single run, the first Epiphanies triggered on the first Chaos floor were Verônica and Mika. Renoa never appears. After more than 10 hours, I couldn’t achieve anything even remotely viable.
Like many other players, I’ve spent money on the game. That investment helps keep the company running, and in return, we expect systems that respect our time. Right now, the RNG feels excessive and discouraging, especially for players who need to balance work, personal life, family, and limited gaming time.
I genuinely believe this game has enormous potential, and I want to help it become better. Here are simple, impactful suggestions that would greatly improve the player experience:
Add an item or system that allows players to exclude 5–10 Epiphanies they do not want to appear during a run. This alone would solve a major frustration for the vast majority of players.
Reduce Chaos duration and overall run length. A run should not last more than 15 minutes. Currently, runs often take 30 minutes to over an hour, which is not sustainable or enjoyable.
Please take this feedback seriously. Improving these systems will retain players and strengthen the game’s long-term success. Ignoring them risks losing a dedicated and passionate community.

The game has so many unnecessary layers of RNG that it becomes very frustrating. Some argue that the game is roguelike and therefore needs to be this way, but just because it has RNG elements doesn't mean the game has to be a headache.
yep also the game simply feels so much all of the same, chaos/ zero system/ 0 lab over and over again for farming xp and decks -.-" also the energy fkn system for farm fragments, etc is rng over rng over rng, at least this game is not for pvp like e7 if not im leave the day they implement pvp system.
