Zero Out All Despair! 
Hello. This is the Chaos Zero Nightmare Team.
 
Following today’s non-maintenance patch that fixed the issue where Chaos progress reset after performing a Temporary Return and then proceeding with the Basin of Hyperspace, we would like to provide additional clarification. 

First, we sincerely apologize for not providing a more detailed explanation regarding the situation and our response plan earlier.
We believed it was important to quickly resolve the issue and notify our Protos. 

We have confirmed the data of the players who were affected by this issue, and we are currently reviewing appropriate measures.

Once the list of affected players and our response plan are finalized,
we will provide a follow-up notice.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the concerns and inconvenience this error and our delayed communication may have caused.
