Cannot Play the Game [2]
I am an Android device player, and since 50 hours ago, I am stuck with this error. The Chaos run doesn't end nor can I escape from the run, resulting in inability to play the game.
Ihave tried reinstalling the game, clearing the local data including cache, but neither have worked.

If you haven't already submit a bug report through customer service in the game menu. You can access it in the start screen. It took about 2 days but they fixed it for me.
