Bug: Can't play the game anymore with this unknown error. [4]

New player here, sorry for the bad picture quality. I just unlocked Zero Chaos and went in for a couple of expeditions. However, in one particularly unfortunate run, my team got decimated and lost.
Usually, you would get booted to the end / stats screen afterwards but instead I got this unknown error message in (Picture 1). Tapping the screen does not do anything and I can't interact with the UI (ie main menu).
So I tried Alt-F4 / restarting my game, which brings me to the (Picture 2) where the game gives an option to continue my Chaos run or escape.
Picking the "Continue" options brings me back to (Picture 1) all over again and picking "Escape" leads me to another unknown error message (Picture 3). I literally can't do anything else which is driving me insane :(
Can any of the devs fix this? I can't play this game anymore with this error.

If you haven't already, you should submit a bug report through customer service in the game menu. You can access it in the start screen. It took about 2 days but they managed to fix it for me.
I got the same problem since 5th December, already reinstalled the game but the problem is still there
i have the same exact problem!!
i've basically been soft-locked out of the game, because even if i press Escape or Continue once i log back in—it still gives me the error
I got the exactly problem for 48h now...cannot do anything
