This new event is completely useless and a complete waste of resource

What is the point of adding this "Demise Gate" to the end of lab 0?

Devs, if you are reading this... no one likes this event, please remove it, thank you.

Because scum devs don't play their game and don't even know how to balance the game, so they did that to reduce user's chance of getting a good data save.

This event sucks, it was already hard to finish a run with full epiphanies and copy ... Instead of adding useless events they should buffs the epiphanies appearance and the copy select event ...

Indeed, I am also disappointed by the arrival of this event, especially since the copy event is already random (except for the rare version) and much more difficult to trigger than other chaos events, but now it's become even more complicated because of this new event (which, by the way, I find completely rubbish).

If you keep playing, you will find out. There is a sequence of events you can get that gives an additional boss, and the last event in that chain is this one.

the additional boss has nothing to do with this tho.

you get access to that from the exterior dimensional tunnel.

this event shows up regardless if you chose to enter the 3rd phase or not... and i mean, even if you decide to face the secret boss, the options here adds nothing to your advantage anyways...
