Frame Rate Drops when Rim Light Effect is ON

Hey, after the recent patch, the frame rate drops whenever I am in combat. I am playing with PC client from Stove.

Turns out whenever I have the Rim Light effects ON, the frame rate drops significantly. This wasn't the case before the recent patch though.
