This is exactly what happened to Renoa Instant Judgment before and they did fixed it. If it could stack then it should increase proportionately.
A lot of tooltip in this game just wrong.
For example Beryl Extra Attack is listed as fixed 150% when it did increase with morale buff and any dmg increasing factor like weapon/acc like Amorpheus or something.
Another example like Nia Soul Rip, in tooltip it doesn't stack if you use multiple copies of it but in practical it does increase. I even wasted 15 hourglass just to tested it redoing action over and over.
i would agree if it wasn't for the fact that in the buff list the text gets updated to 100% when used twice, however the dmg is not in actuality
I believe that this specific fixed damage, in this case, is not cumulative. If that's the case, this card should have the "Unique" tag to avoid confusion. I hope the developers address this issue.
