On Yuki's Ego Manifestations (Not another buff request thread)
Hey, I've been using Yuki extensively and truly enjoy her playstyle. Cycling is fun and feels rewarding. I read the developer notes and am fully on board/in agreement with the direction you're suggesting for her improvements/enhancing her playstyle options. That said, I have one gripe with her which isn't covered in that regard, and it involves her Ego 2.
I think Yuki, like the rest of the roster, has a very distinct identity. But for some reason her E2, widely regarded as her most pivotal manifestation, waters down said identity instead of enhancing it. It literally removes her core mechanic of cycling for two turns to make her a simple point and click damager. It also renders various cards which could actually be quite cool for certain build ideas, such as "Trickery Strike III", largely redundant. While I do wonder the extent to which others might even share my opinion, I would think that a different manifestation that instead leans into her identity's cycling mechanic to meaningfully enhance her would be a far more organic and satisfying direction. I'm aware that a change on this scale might be harder to consider, given potential player investment on her banner. Moreover, I won't pretend to have a surefire improvement to suggest, but I do think that enhancing specific cards or having her obtain some kind of buff/apply debuff when employing her mechanic would feel better and open more synergies instead of simply waiving what makes Yuki, Yuki.

As a final takeaway, while I do enjoy Yuki's playstyle, it feels quite bare bones as is (which is why the additional building options are most welcome). This makes the removal of her cycling requirement even more pronounced to me. So yeah. I believe that avoiding that in favor of more options and synergies would go a long way.
