Game crashed during Rescue 10 Pull

I was doing a 10 Pull on the Normal Combatant Rescue and the game crashed. It consumed the Rescue Anchors, but didn’t give me any Partners, Combatants or increment the count for the Rescue Merit.

Is there anything I can do to recover the Rescue Anchors?
