Season 1, season shop and expirience

Honestly, kind of lackluster, it's great we get to farm chaos orbs, but why doesn't the shop include units and all sorts of materials for characters instead of exlusively yuki mats? nobody can upgrade her regardless, and if they can, it's an underwhelming character that seems to not clear unless heavy invested, most are benching her either for her lackluster perfomance you guys imposed on her
the game needs resources, you wanted to let players play with "variety" but I am using the same 3 characters because I can clear chaos runs with those, while I can't upgrade anybody else... what definition of variety do you have?
also, I'd like you to introduce some sort of reset character mechanic, I want my resources back for characters I didn't enjoy or simply swapped main teams.
game needs QoL upgrades and not few, yet everything seem so slow on your part.
about the simulations and "domains", why let us waste stamina for lower level rewards when you could just let us jump ahead to the highest difficulty we can do?
