Promote Gloomy Prime and Empty Mouth into Elite

Is this monster really normal monster

Empty Mouth: high base damage,have high health,self morale increase by huge amount,if u atk to decrease the morale next turn it have atk have more hit

Gloomy Prime: summon monster so fast and buff them

If it's was elite I think I can avoid encountering these two

these two right ? i think promoting them to elite gonna create more problem , since on higher chaos run theres a "buff elite and boss monster by certain amount like +30% hp and attack" , slightly nerf on base damage or reduce in morale gain is better i think
