Nia's skill working issues

When Nia uses her mute accent skill she is supposed to take out the low AP cost skill nkt some unusual skill instead she uses Veronica's ballista rounds for no reason and says this card cannot be used. What is this. I played so many times to get a good save but its so annoying to see wasting that card again and again. And i even tried to upload the footage but its taking for ever and it used all of my mobile data
