I pulled for Yuki. Said she was guaranteed at the end of my pulls. And instead it gave me Luke?! What!?
Where is my Yuki. I spend money on this game. But now I don’t think I will anymore

That’s called the 50/50 system — there’s a chance you’ll get a 5-star that isn’t Yuki, but if that happens, your next 5-star is guaranteed to be her.
