I didnโt receive Yuki ๐คฅ [3]
I did the required pulls to receive my character Yuki, and when I reached the amount where I was supposed to get her, I didnโt receive her. I got another character instead, and the original counter stayed the same. Am I the only one this has happened to? Where can I report it?

first guarantee is a 50/50 chance meaning the banner character vs random character then when reaching 140 pulls that's when you'll get the banner character that is a typical gatcha mechanics
Same, got a Khalipe dupe instead.
It's 50/50 chance man, are you never play gacha games? Next guarantee 5* you gonna get yuki, maybe...
