regarding the equipment stat adjustments scheduled for today.

Currently, the translation of the patch notes is taking longer than expected,
and as a result, we were unable to release the detailed notes.

Once the translation is complete,
we will update the patch notes for all regions and share the detailed information as quickly as possible.

We deeply apologize for not being able to provide sufficient notice in advance.

Moving forward, we will do our utmost to ensure that
important updates are communicated more promptly and accurately through the patch notes.
