[Notice] Item Duplication Error – Retrieval & Compensation Complete (Edited)

Hello. This is the Chaos Zero Nightmare Team.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience caused by the
previously reported issue regarding duplicate item acquisition.
During the November 12 (Wed) regular maintenance,
based on the results of our investigation,
all items that were acquired in duplicate have now been successfully retrieved.
Additionally, items that were not properly distributed
to some Protos during this time have now been correctly delivered.
▶ Affected Cases: Cases where items were obtained in duplicate across multiple devices, regardless of platform (PC or mobile). (11/12 10:15 Updated)
▶ Details: Storage item distribution and recovery has been applied.
- Completed distribution of unreceived items for affected users : 3,379 users
- All items confirmed to have been acquired in duplicate have been fully recovered.: 1,661 users
- Account Restrictions applied for users who exploited the duplication error : 11 users (permanent suspension)
