Hello, quick question: is there any particular penalty to leaving a combatant in Deep Trauma?
(Besides being forced to do Nightmare runs with her and no longer being able to send them gifts)

Mostly trivial, like you mentioned above you can't use them for policy either, and if they already choosen as policy employee when their task came out you cannot complete it until they are healed. There's no further penalty i believe
