Deck not saved correctly after Chaos mode – deleted cards still appear

After completing Chaos mode, I found that some deleted cards reappeared in the deck.

This happened multiple times. Initially i thought I didnt remove the card, but later confirmed the deck before the final boss and notice deleted cards reappeared. This includes basic cards as well as neutral cards.

Since there is no guide on what cant be removed and I have characters with basic cards removed successfully. So i believe its a bug.

If its intended, this should be made known.

Thats is just how it works

Chaos not only have the possibility to not able to save some cards, it also possible to not saving the data of card being deleted, thus the card reappeared

I also had this issue today on PC. All 3 basic attack cards I deleted during the run were back in the deck. The memory card was "corrupted" upon finishing the level and I had to do counseling to restore it, so if putting the cards back in was intentional, it may have something to do with counseling.

However, memory cards from previous runs, acquired on previous patches, are indeed missing the cards I removed during the run, so it seems they did intend on cards being removable from the deck permanently.
