The following issues have been identified.

■ Known Issues 

1. An issue where loading is delayed after installing and running the game on PC 
→ Please reinstall the game on an SSD (such as the C: drive) and then try running it again.

2. An issue where defeating the Phoenix in Chaos ▶ Swamp of Judgment ▶ Phoenix is not recorded in the Exploration Archive
→ The issue has since been resolved with the recent patch. 12 Nov, 6:00 UTC

3. Lucas ▶ R.G.G-7 Card Description Error 
→The in-game description incorrectly omits the "%" symbol in "When Bullet cards are Exhausted, 40% Fixed Damage." 
This is a display issue only, and the actual skill effect correctly applies the 40% damage.

4. An issue where players are unable to continue the game after re-entering the chapter once [Eye of the Storm] in the tutorial has been cleared.

5. An issue where Mika’s ‘Whirlpool’ skill did not have its damage from the 5th Epiphany increased by the ‘Upgrade Unique Cards’ Potential

6. An issue in the PC client where selecting “Claim All” for achievements repeatedly in quick succession could prevent gameplay from proceeding.

7. An issue where some accounts were shown as already linked even when no game link record existed.
→ If this issue persists, please contact Customer Service via 1:1 Inquiry.

8. Chaos > An issue where the game freezes when using Breakdown card in a certain situation

9. We have identified an issue where the example text added to help explain the rescue probability was removed.

10. An issue where certain text in the Rei’s Gift event is displayed incorrectly.

11. An issue where the damage increase effect of Renoa's "Ballad of Pitch Black" card was applied higher than stated in the tool tip

12. An issue where the "Spirit Kefox" monster card could designate itself as the target of its own effect

13. An issue where cards with [Remove] effect are occasionally recorded in Save Data

14. An issue where account deletion requests were not processed correctly.
→ The account deletion feature is scheduled to be fully restored on Monday, October 27. 
For users who submitted a deletion request prior to the restoration, your accounts will be automatically deleted on October 27.
→ An unexpected issue occurred while working on the fix, and we are currently investigating it. We will provide an update once the issue has been fully resolved.

15. An issue where Save Data is not displayed in certain circumstances

16. [Chaos] An issue where Epiphany and Transform card cannot be selected and the screen freezes under certain situations while playing

17. An issue where Haru's [Power Supply] UI is not displayed properly.

18. An issue where Health is displayed abnormally on the Health bar under certain conditions.

19 :An issue where attendance check is not properly applied when logging in during the content reset time
→ The issue has since been resolved with the recent patch. 12 Nov, 6:00 UTC

20. An issue where some accounts are being forcibly logged out ever since the non-maintenance patch held on October 28th
→ An issue occurred where some accounts were logged out after the patch. The issue has now been resolved, and the game can be accessed normally after today’s patch.

21. An issue where stress level displays incorrectly under certain circumstances in Nightmare Mode > Invasion battle

22. An issue where "Win the battle within N turns" in Basin of Hyperspace cannot be completed occasionally

23. An issue where some of Renoa's Ego Manifestation Lv. 2 effects are not applied properly

24. Known Issue: The duration of the damage increase effect from Scarlet’s Ego Skill “Knot of Binding” is not displayed,even though it is applied correctly for one turn.

25. An issue where certain Help entries are not being unlocked for some Protos
→ The issue has since been resolved with the recent patch. 12 Nov, 6:00 UTC

26. An issue where Rescue Merit Reward description in the Normal Combatant Rescue displays incorrect information

27. An issue where changes are not immediately reflected when resetting Zero Upgrade in the Zero System.

28. An issue where the skill descriptions for Partners Kiara, Marin, and Anteia are missing certain details
- For Partners with passives that grant buffs upon meeting specific conditions, the skill description normally includes phrases regarding the ability such as “at the start of the turn” or “for the first time each turn.”
   However, these phrases are not displayed in the skill descriptions for Kiara, Marin, and Anteia.
- Please note that this is a display issue only—the actual skill effects are functioning as intended. 
   We will update the descriptions in a future patch to provide a clearer explanation. 
   We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

29. An issue where Rin's increased Critical Chance effect in her 7th Potential node is not applied properly

30. An issue where the red dot notification does not disappear in certain areas even after checking the new content.

31.  Eternal Sand Jar under Ark City > Research Facility > Level 45 Learning Node was mistranslated as “(Supply Chain Circulation Enhancement Policy)"

32. An issue in the English/Japanese versions where the achievement effect for Eternal Sand Jar under Ark City > Research Facility > Learning Node Level 45.
