- For Protos who won the Chaos Zero Nightmare “Lenticular Mini Acrylic Stand” or “Deskpad” prizes,
a link for personal information collection for prize delivery will be sent individually via social media DMs.
- If accurate information is not submitted within the designated period, the prize cannot be shipped. Please make sure to enter your information on time.
- Personal Information Collection Period: 8/7 (Thu) – 8/13 (Wed) 8/18(Mon) (8/13 Edited)

- The information collected for the Pre-Registration Social Media Sharing Event is the winner’s social media username at the time of the draw.
- Protos who won the Chaos Zero Nightmare “Lenticular Mini Acrylic Stand” or “Deskpad” prizes,
please make sure to submit your information within the collection period.
- For Facebook winners, separate instructions will be provided via comments on the event post.If you send us a DM through the [official account], we’ll provide you with further guidance.
- If you do not submit your information within the personal information collection period, you may become ineligible to receive the prize.
- Winners who provide incorrect personal information and cannot be contacted may be disqualified from receiving the prize.
- Prizes will be shipped individually after the personal information collection period ends, and delivery may be delayed depending on the circumstances.
- Winners who need to provide consent for personal information collection will be contacted individually via DM on [Instagram, X, or Facebook].
- If you are a winner of the Pre-Registration Social Media Sharing Event, please ensure that [DMs or message requests] are enabled in your social media settings.
- When receiving international shipments, some taxes may be incurred depending on the tax policies of the recipient’s country.
