I didn’t get the new character it said was guaranteed [1]
I’m not upset, but I’m wondering if I misunderstood this because I got a five star and it reset the thing but I did not get the character it says is guaranteed am I missing something or does it just reset every time you get a five star?

Interesting files in the game
So i was digging around to see what makes the game tick, noticing a lot of useless mp4 files that were from previous events that take up a lot of space collectively, also Dianes old events are still in the files unless im lead to believe it hasnt been released despite tbe character already has been? Also among them are maybe some upcoming ones? What is The Arena? Is it an event i missed? Although it is bundled around Adels event videos, making me believe its not old but something new?

Is Amplified Distress Signal a guaranteed drop? [1]
When using anchors on Heidemarie's seasonal rescue, I was under the impression that she was the only 5 star combatant that could be obtained, especiallysince it says "Heidemarie guaranteed after 70 pulls". Instead I received Diana which also reset the pity counter, which is annoying because Heidemarie is seasonal and it took ~65 pulls to get this drop. Just wondering if the amplified rescues are supposed to be guaranteed or if they are still just a chance?

HELP I'm losing day 1 E7 and CZN account because Google raplacing my email [3]
about week ago I register GMAIl but unfortunately Google merge my new Gmail with my old Hotmail ( so basically this account have 2 email adress ) but unfornunated every game that login with GOOGLE play store detect my new Gmail and not my hotmail. Right now for some reason on LD player that i'm using on computer don't kick me out from old Hotmail and If I close game i might lose this account forever I need the way to contract with support but don't seem like I can find anyway to contract.

Why haven't they release Luche yet?
We have seen her since the launch of the game's story, yet she is nowhere to be seen ! Everyone else that has a banner so far got their story, and became playable right there and then! Why is Luche the only one getting ghosted like this!?

Heidemarie's Infinite Iffulgent Compression Tech.
Her Iffulgent Compression Card have a Glitch. A very important reminder for anyone using Heidemarie + Nia is Nia's Base Adagio/Adagio Epiphany 1. When Heidemarie's Iffulgent Compression reached 2 Stacks, don't use Nia's Adagio on Iffulgent Compression. What it does is after Heidemarie's Iffulgent Compression get Discarded then put on the Draw Pile, It stays there 'till a Shuffle occurs. The Retrieve effect on Iffulgent Compression is gone at 2 Stacks. While the Iffulgent Release got in your Hand. It doesn't Change it after it put on the Draw Pile. The Drawback when Iffulgent Compression stays in the Draw Pile are: - Draw Cards can't Draw any Card if there's Iffulgent Compression. - Can't Draw Iffulgent Compression when using Select Draw Cards. - Can't be Removed (Unless if there's a Remove Cards). The only way to get around it is by Drawing more than 1 if there's only 1 Iffulgent Compression. Even if you did Draw 2 Cards, you'll actually only Draw 1 Card. If there are any kind of Weird

I know this might not seem important, but when an account reaches a high level and has quite a lot of characters, it becomes increasingly difficult to level up other characters.Is there a solution?, such as resetting the level of unused characters so that their resources can be used for new characters. Or something like that

Has there been talk about the recruitment resource that some of us lost? [8]
It's a resource that I paid for and worked towards, No other resources expire... it really makes me not want buy the battle pass this time... Yes I've seen people show that it says it expires, but in all other games with battle passes it simply means "When the battle pass ends, anything g left is unobtainable... in EVERY other game with a battlepass... It's the only RESOURCE that expires... if literally any of the other resource expired after the battle pass ended, no one would buy it, thats the same as credit gained from the battlepass fizzle if you didn't spend them... It shouldn't be a resource item, because resources otherwise DONT expire... So why is it a resource in the first place? And why is it the only resource in the game that expires? Is there a solution here? Nevermind the notices that the battlepass expires, all battpasses expire, but no other battlepass takes your resources when it does... I wanted to save it for the new character because none of the partners worked with

Question about our weapons, armor and accessories. [1]
Maybe I'm overthinking things, but how do you tell how a piece of gear will affect what? Like, the Sun-Setting Bow that increases damage amount of 2 cost or higher attack cards. Does that only work on the agent that has it equipped or every 2 cost or higher card in you deck? Another one is, Robe of Oblivion. Does the shield you gain have to be through the wearers exhaust cards, or any exhaust card that gives shield? Basically, how do you know when an effect or condition is global or not?

Potential and stats [1]
Hello people how u doing? I hope good. So... I was wondering about the last potential of the characters you know those who say get x amount of stats to increase damage or gain other effects. I'm not sure if those x amount of stats are counted when in battle or just in character sheet. Is there a place or a post talking about it already? I mean i know there's something about Orlea but I'm talking all characters so far cuz most of them have a stat requirement just to high to get out of battle wich makes it almost impossible to get

Cyborg Automaton Achievement [2]
Hi guys, is the Cyborg Automaton achievements only able to be done by killing them outside the arena? I've killed way more than 5 in the interior arena and have not seen one outside it, and my achievements reflect 0 kills on them. Can anyone confirm if they appear in elite nodes outside the arena please? Thanks guys

Hello com! Today i'm here to ask you all what role do you think Tiphera will be? Imp i think shes gonna be a hunter, in one of the stories when our mc first orders both Nine and Tiphera through the round of the arena, the text says "Tiphera shoots cubes fragments in all directions" could it be those "fragments" will be her bullets? Let me know your opinion!
