An issue has been identified in Observe Prism Module > Eternal Moment, where even after performing up to 69 observations and the selected Combatant’s Prism Module was not obtained, instead of receiving the selected 5★ Combatant’s Prism Module upon the 70th observation, a random Prism Module from among all 5★ Combatants was incorrectly granted. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and disappointment this issue may have caused, especially as it concerns an important matter for many of our Protos. Upon investigation, we confirmed that this issue has been present since the game’s official launch on October 22, and that it only occurred in the 70 guaranteed Prism Module Observation.
