Lucky Draw System (Expired In-game cash) [5]
Dear GAME MASTERS OF CF STOVE,
I played the Lucky Draw on May 20, 2026, because I knew that only my event cash was about to expire. However, after playing, I noticed that my regular in-game cash (normal cash) had also been used or expired unexpectedly on June 19, 2026.
I don't understand why this happened, as I expected only the event cash to be consumed. As a result, I lost around 1,600 e-coins, which was very disappointing.
Could you please review my account history and explain what happened? If this was an error, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in restoring the lost currency.

just to clarify, the real ecoin/cash will be converted to bonus cash?
ForumxAccountThis is exactly what happened to me. My regular cash was automatically converted into Bonus Cash, which caused my entire regular cash balance to expire.
I'm posting this to warn everyone. If you're playing Lucky Draw, make sure to spend all of your regular currency before this happens. Otherwise, you could lose your balance just like I did.
Be careful and don't make the same mistake.
